Aurix Bankers Program (AU Small Finance Bank)

A job-assured training and placement program in collaboration with AU Small Finance Bank, grooming fresh graduates into Bank Officers.

  • Duration: 3 Months (1 Month online training + 2 Months paid branch internship).
  • Eligibility: Graduation in any stream with min. 50% marks, aged below 28 years.
  • Designation & CTC: Bank Officer with a starting package of ₹ 3.5 LPA + Performance Incentives.
