TrueKnack offers two primary placement-focused retail banking programs:

• Smart Banker Program: A 3-month job-ready online certificate in retail banking & financial services.
• Aurix Bankers Program: A 3-month job-assured program in collaboration with AU Small Finance Bank.

Both programs are 3 months in duration. The Smart Banker Program is delivered online over 3 months. The Aurix Bankers Program consists of 45 days of residential classroom training at the Baddi University campus followed by 45 days of on-the-job training (OJT) with AU Small Finance Bank.

Upon completing the Smart Banker Program, you receive a Certificate in Banking & Financial Services. For the Aurix Bankers Program, you are awarded a professional Banking Operations Certification along with your confirmed placement as an Assistant Manager with AU Small Finance Bank.

Yes. Both programs support flexible installment plans, and the Smart Banker Program offers 0% interest education loan options.

Eligibility criteria generally require:

• Smart Banker Program: Graduates or postgraduates aged 21-28 years with min. 50% marks in 10th, 12th & Graduation.
• Aurix Bankers Program: Regular graduates aged 21-28 years with min. 50% marks.

No prior finance background is required. The programs are designed to train graduates from any stream and prepare them completely for professional banking operations.

Graduates get placed in leading private banks, including Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, IDFC First Bank, Bandhan Bank, and AU Small Finance Bank.

The Smart Banker Program is delivered online. The Aurix Bankers Program classroom training takes place at the residential campus of Baddi University, HP, with on-the-job training conducted at AU Small Finance Bank branches. Counseling and screenings are held at our verified Maharashtra centers (Thane, Pune, Mumbai, etc.).
